    We hope you never receive a damaged box, but just in case this happens:

    • Please DO NOT REFUSE A DELIVERY. Just give us a call and let us know if you ever receive a damaged shipment. We will contact Breezesta and get a replacement for the damaged piece(s) on the way to you. Refusing a delivery will delay getting your shipment replaced - and we want you to enjoy your furniture right away.

     Shipping Damage - The manufacturer will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received. No returns are allowed on furniture after you have assembled it.

    Please note that furniture is delivered via UPS Ground or UPS Freight. It is in most cases partially assembled (tabletops are assembled, most seats and seat backs are assembled). It should take just a few minutes for you to complete the assembly of each piece.

    For large orders, including tables too large to ship UPS Ground, your order will ship via UPS Freight and depending upon your locality, it may be delivered in a very large truck and trailer combination. We have found that different areas of the country use different sized trucks for curbside delivery and that they will unload the pallet of furniture at the end of your driveway - rather than at your front door. Please be aware that this is the delivery company's policy and plan to be available or have someone else accept the delivery when it arrives. You should receive a call from the freight company to schedule your delivery at a convenient time for you.  

     White Glove delivery and on-site assembly services may also be available for an additional fee through a separate delivery and installation company. This must be scheduled before your furniture is shipped. Please call to request a quotation for this service.

    We will give you an ESTIMATED ship date within a few days of placing your order.  Furniture usually ships within 1 or 2 days of this date - but once the freight leaves their dock it is solely up to the freight company as to when it gets delivered. We have found that in many resort and rural areas, delivery is limited to one day per week. We have no control over this, and it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the delivery company to schedule the delivery. In the event that a scheduled delivery is delayed for any reason, again that is beyond our scope of responsibility or control and the customer will need to work with the delivery company to complete delivery at a later time.

    Your furniture will arrive 'partially assembled" in most cases (seats and seat backs for most items except for benches come assembled). If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please accept the shipment with a damage notation and notify us right away. We will notify the manufacturer of any damage for you to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

    Breezesta furniture is made to order and is not returnable to Casual Living/Keter nor to The Poly Furniture Store (unless we are responsible for an error in shipping and have issued you an RMA).
