Furniture Delivery - Freight Shipping

Large, bulky or heavy furniture is shipped via freight.  Shipping is free but there is a surcharge for large items that require a lift gate. You will see this additional charge on the webpage as you select the options for your furniture.

These items are transported via third party common freight carriers as a "curbside delivery". Please be aware that curbside delivery is NOT an in-home delivery. Once shipped, we will provide the tracking number and carrier information. The carrier will normally call the customer to arrange the delivery date and time.  The schedule for delivery is to be arranged between you and the freight company. Upon delivery, the freight company simply unloads your products at the end of your driveway by the street. They are not obligated to bring any items inside or remove empty boxes and packing material.

In home delivery and enhanced delivery services are available in most areas for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information, options and pricing.

When receiving freight deliveries, it is important to inspect your furniture boxes for damage before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If you find any items to be damaged, please DO NOT refuse the damaged piece, but do make note of it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us. This will allow us to make arrangements for a replacement to be requested from the manufacturer.

Remote Locations

Customers living in remote or limited access areas may present a challenge for delivery as furniture is normally delivered on a very large truck.  If you have concerns about your delivery location, please feel free to contact us to review before placing an order.
