Warranty
Repair and Replacement Guidelines
For service under Casual Comfort’s Warranty, contact the Casual Comfort
dealer from whom you purchased your furniture. All items eligible
for warranty consideration will be reviewed by our customer service
department upon receipt of the original SO#/PO# alongside photo(s) of
suggested defective materials or workmanship. Casual Comfort reserves
the right to have the item(s) returned pending their discretion for final
inspection and credit of replacement. Should Casual Comfort choose to
replace the product, and the product is no longer available at the time
the warranty service is required, a substitute of similar performance and
equal or greater value will be made. As its option, Casual Comfort will
repair or replace the product without charge for materials and labor,
providing our inspection indicates that an original defect exists.

Casual Comfort offers no warranties other than those which are
specifically described herein. Casual Comfort makes no implied warranty
of fitness for a particular purpose. The sole remedy provided in this
warranty is repair or replacement of this product. Casual Comfort does
not pay shipping fees to replace the product.

Residential and Commercial Warranties
Casual Comfort warrants to the original purchaser that its polyethylene
lawn furniture will be free of original defects in workmanship and
materials for a period of twenty (20) years of residential use or five (5)
years of commercial use starting on the date of purchase.
Fasteners and Chains
Stainless steel fasteners and chains are warranted not to fail structurally
for the applicable warranty period.
Accessories
Folding Chairs and Folding Accessories are warranted to be free of
original defects in workmanship and material for a period of ten (10)
years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use. Swivels,
Arbors and A-Frames are warranted not to fail structurally for five (5)
years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use.
Cushions, Pillows, and Umbrellas
Cushions are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship
and material for a period of one (1) year of residential use and are not
warranted for commercial use. Compression of cushions shall not be
considered a defect in materials and workmanship and are not covered
under this warranty. Sling chairs and umbrellas are warranted to be free
of original defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1)
year of residential use and are not warranted for commercial use.
Fire Tables
The components used in Casual Comfort fire pits and tables (including
but not limited to: Crystal Fire burners, electronics, glass guards, and
ignitors) are not covered under Casual Comfort’s warranty.
Exclusions
• Fading, chipping, scratching, or color change - polyethylene is a synthetic
and may scratch or fade when exposed to sunlight, or stain after prolonged
contact with other substances.
• Expansion or contraction of poly lumber – ¼" expansion and contraction
are to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature.
The foregoing shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship
and are not covered under this warranty.
• Rust or corrosion of stainless steel and coated hardware, chains, or fasteners
- stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions (such as coastal
areas) if not maintained properly.
• Structural failure due to rusting chains or fasteners.
• Damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, alteration of this
product, abuse or misuse, or normal wear and tear of materials.
• Any damage resulting from vandalism or improper maintenance.
• Any damage resulting in use of product in a manner or for a purpose other
than for which it is customarily intended.
• Damage caused by natural disasters (including but not limited to hail,
floods, tornadoes, earthquakes).
• Improper use of products with fire components.
Discontinuation of Product
We reserve the right to discontinue any product line, lumber color, or
fabric color without notifying the purchaser. If we can no longer provide
the original product, we retain the right to choose to provide any needed
replacement material of equal value.
