RETURNS: Please contact us at 1-719.371.4913 or email email@example.com for authorization to return a product. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on any items that are being returned for any reason (except shipping errors by us). Items that are packaged properly and deemed resalable will be credited to the customer’s account, less a 25% restocking fee that is charged by the manufacturer. Products that are discontinued are not returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and un-assembled in the original box. We offer several brands and types of products. Please contact us for return information for Mara mugs, etc, Music of the Spheres Chimes and other home decor (non-furniture) items.
Lamps and lamp shades are not returnable (unless an error in shipping that is our mistake) because of the fragile nature and packaging requirements to avoid damage.
Furniture (Breezesta, Casual Comfort, LuxCraft and Polywood) is made to order and is not returnable to the factory or to the dealer (unless we are responsible for an error in shipping). Please see the Replacements section for items that are defective, missing hardware or damaged in shipping.
If you feel a piece of furniture is defective, you find that hardware is missing or incorrect, or if iyour furniture is received damaged in shipping, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will order a replacement item or needed parts for you. Please include pictures of the parts affected or damaged pieces.
The furniture manufacturer will repair or replace, at its sole option, the defective furniture part or product. Neither the manufacturer nor dealer shall be liable or responsible for any labor charges or other expenses whatsoever in connection with repair or replacement of either the original or any replacement product.
Please do not refuse a shipment with a damaged box. Simply note the damage and contact us with pictures of the box and its contents.

CANCELLATIONS: All furniture is made to order and no cancellations are allowed more than 48 hours after your order is placed .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see that a replacement item is on the way to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
